I found a new one on the weekend – its at Echkidna Wines in McLaren Vale – they have 1 ginger beer, a wheat beer, a IPA and a Dark Ale – Dark ale is the only great one. Interestingly they told me that I needed to refridgerate the beer as soon as I got home and that it has no preservative. I laughed thinking they were joking and told him that it it dosent need refriderating – drawing his attention to the many boxes on my own Full Mash brews under my bed – he muttered something about post ferment carbonation?? – ogh well – good to see a new beer on the scene
Hi Matt. Thanks for that. I have dropped in there before. When I visited they were just doing it on a homebrew scale. Must get back down there and say hi. Sounds like they are bottling their beer before it’s finished fermenting.
